District Announcements
May 5th, Regular School Day for Students
Attention Parents of High School Students:  Due to the snow days this winter, the High School is short in the number of instructional minutes required by state law.  High School minute requirements (1137 hours) are greater than the lower grades (1050 hours) so MAES and MVA are meeting the requirement.  As such, the school district will have to make Friday May 5, 2017, a regular school day for High School students only.  St. Mary's, MAES, and the MVA will have their scheduled teacher in-service day.  School busses will run to transport high school students as normal.  Again, the high school only will have a regular school day for students on May 5th.  St. Mary’s, MAES, and the MVA will have no students, and it will be a regular teacher in-service day.

2017-2018 School Start Date
The school board had passed two calendars this winter in hopes that if the Wisconsin Legislature approved an earlier start date they could move up the beginning of the school year.  As this did not happen the official calendar is set for school to start in the Fall on Tuesday, Sept. 5. This is after the Labor Day weekend.
